What is “The Law of Vibration?”
The Law of Vibration is one of the natural Laws of the Universe. The Law of Vibration states that everything in the universe is in a constant state of movement and that nothing is at rest. We refer to these movements as vibration, or resonance, and the speed or rate at which something vibrates is called its frequency. Every object and person, thought and word, even your beliefs have a specific and unique frequency. According to professional intuitive and author of Self Care for Empaths, Tanya Carroll Richardson states, “Someone’s energy, or the energy of a physical space or a group of people, isn’t something you can see or touch—but it’s something you sense, feel, and react to.”
If anyone has ever told you, “We’re on the same wavelength,” or “You must have caught my vibes!” or “I love your vibe/energy!” then they’re referencing the Law of Vibration.
The amazing thing about this law is that we have the ability to adjust our vibration. It can be difficult for beginners, or those who are unfamiliar with the Law, but it is possible… I know from experience. And I’ve made it my mission in life to help others who are stuck in a low vibrational experience to rise above and operate from a higher frequency.
What is a Low Vibrational Experience?
Symptoms of a lower vibration can be described as moody, depressed, lethargic, angry, insecure, and fearful. When you operate from a state of low vibration, you attract others who are in a similar position. You may constantly feel victimized, or judged. Simply put, it is a poor emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual state to be in. When you resonate with low-density vibrations, you can attract unhappy situations and relationships, and maybe even poor health and wealth.
What is a High Vibrational Experience?
When you raise your vibration, you operate from a place of love, gratitude, joy, and peace. You create positivity for yourself and those around you. You attract better relationships, more abundance, and a higher-quality life, so you can experience better health, wealth, relationships and happiness. This is exactly where you want to be.
How To Raise Your Vibration
So how can you operate from a higher frequency? A very important way is by practicing self-care. Self-care looks different for everyone. It’s important to find what makes YOU feel good. Do you enjoy nature? Bubble baths? Reading? Massage? What sparks that good feeling inside of you? Whatever it is for you, do more of it! When you take care of yourself, your vibration will reflect that. It is essential to take care of all four bodies to operate from a state of balance and joy. We take care of our physical bodies by nourishing them with a healthy diet, exercising, and of course, by resting when our bodies tell us to.
We care for our mental bodies by creating healthy boundaries, utilizing tal[k therapy, mindful awareness of our thoughts and actions, taking care to not watch too much TV or troll through social media platforms, and much more.
We nourish our emotional bodies by meditating, journaling, and allowing vulnerability, and finally, we take care of our spiritual bodies by practicing breathwork, meditation, gratitude, affirmations, and much more. Another important action to take when raising your vibration is to cut out toxic people, places, and things.
The external world plays a huge role in our state of being. The more attuned you become with your high-frequency self, the more you will be able to hold your vibe steady, regardless of your outside world! We will dive deeper into this in my next blog.
What Happens When You Raise Your Frequency?
It is like magic. You attract the energy that matches yours. You become aligned with yourself and the universe. Your reality becomes more colorful and playful and you begin to navigate tough situations with grace. You find the ability to discern what feels good and what does not, and you become more aware of what’s truly going on in your environment. And of course, you can manage your emotions and connect with your inner world with much greater ease.
The Bottom Line
To live a life full of happiness and abundance, it’s essential you begin practicing the Law of Vibration; if you don’t understand how this works then the Law of Attraction cannot come into play. Becoming aware of how it all works together is the very first step. Awareness changes your perceptions which change your LIFE!
